The assistant who dealt with us was extremely knowledgeable about the product we were purchasing. We initially phoned the store in the morning and she explained what was on show of the product we wanted and also gave us directions to the store. On arrival at the store she was extremely polite offering us a beverage before we started and I am disabled and she showed me where the toilets were with extreme courtesy. We then went through exactly what we required and she advised all the way about what options were available and what may be best for us. Eventually we decided on what we would purchase and she made the actual purchase process very simple and quick, again with extreme politeness and no question from us was to much trouble. We came out of the store feeling very happy with our purchase and the actual process of doing it.

Staff member Neil quickly approached us and offered assistance with what we were looking for. He showed us around a few beds that would meet our needs and was quick with the order process once we had decided which bed to purchase.

Jackie was very informed about the products you had on offer and work out the best deal for us.

When we arrived the store manager Michelle introduced herself and asked what we were looking for, she gave us a detailed overview of the store layout and gave myself and my wife the time and space to look around for ourselves. This is exactly how we prefer to shop so we don't feel suffocated by sales staff. When we found the style we were happy with I had a concern, Michelle again made herself available and showed me an alternative mattress which was perfect, my wife also wanted a Tempur pillow and Michelle explained the 2 options and we purchased this in addition to the mattress. We also purchased a new feather duvet as these were on offer. Michelle's customer service was excellent, we were offered refreshments and the visit was a pleasure.

We were met by Michelle soon after entering the store. She was very friendly, offered good advice, answered all our questions and explained the technical details in a simple manner. She offered my wife and I a cup of tea or coffee and brought it to us whilst we browsed the different products. After we made our choice she dealt with the payment process, delivery and conditions in a clear and concise manner. We felt we were dealing with a friend. She even helped to carry our smaller purchases to the car. She made a daunting experience into a pleasurable outing

Neil our sales person was knowledgeable and anything he was unsure about he checked with Michelle the manager of the store and she was able to answer.
