They where kind and friendly as soon as we walked in we got offered a hot drink as it was cold outside.

We found what we wanted easily and quickly. The staff were on hand an offered help from the moment we arrived but it in an overpowering way. Jackie could then it help us enough with what we wanted, she showed us deals on some pillows we purchased as and extra to the mattress we went in for. The paperwork and payment process was quick and delivery dates were available at our convenience. We have recommended dreams to at least 2 people since our purchase.

I am very satisfied with my experience and order placed. Jackie was extremely helpful and understanding and well knowledgeable, alot of advice was given the 1st I came in and she had handed me a booklet to take away to revise my options! There was no pressure in to buying and it made this an easier atmosphere, therefore I had came back and bought the beds on behalf of my Grandparents. All the staff at Dreams on both occasions were very helpful and friendly and it felt a good friendly atmosphere. Thank you.

I was asked if I would like any assistance and when I told Michelle what I wanted to buy she took me to the exact product and encouraged me to try it. She had asked if I wanted a tea or coffee and brought the drink while I tried the mattress. The purchase was completed quickly and efficiently. Michelle was friendly and helpful throughout.

It was very easy to tell them what we wanted, them to understand our needs and us to then place the order. Excellent service.
