The product knowledge and advice given by Toni and Ashley were exactly what we wanted, even being able to give us some help on items we purchased over two years ago in your Gloucester store. We had a cup of tea and did not feel under any pressure or to hurry, in fact we were there for over an hour discussing our needs and checking out pillows etc. The level of service is second to none and although the store is smaller than the one up the road we were well impressed.
