Dreams - Warrington

I made my purchase of a new mattress at the Warrington store with a very helpful lady called Michelle. I was so impressed with her friendliness, and the way she took her time in explaining about the products which would best suit my needs, and also the payment options, that I rang back a few days later and also bought a bought a bed to go with my new mattress. Michelle made me feel that my views and concerns were important and she did not make me feel rushed, pressured or unsure when I made my choice. I would have no hesitation in recommending shopping at the Warrington store to my friends and family. I just wish that all shops had a Michelle - so a big thank you from me Michelle!!!

The staff took the time to understand needs, made us feel at ease with the 3 kids and offered them a drink and biscuit. Made a stressful purchase more relaxing and no pressure from them

The staff were friendly and helpful but never pushy. The mattress we chose to buy wasn't available for delivery for over a month, so the manager offered us another mattress not in the sale but at the same price as the sale mattress, as this one was available in less than a week.

The store was clean and bright. The assistant was helpful and discreet in that after explaining the differences in the mattresses she left us alone to try them out and only seemed to appear if we had questions. After we had decided the process to buy was painless.

We were welcomed by all 3 staff that was working they were very friendly & Michelle was very knowledgable about all the beds & was able to satisfy both me & my husband needs.

I was given prompt and very attentive assistance. I received all the relevant information that I required to make my purchase. I was made to feel very much at ease and that my purchase was very important. The assistant had an extensive knowledge of the products and gave me a very enjoyable shopping experience.

You had all three mattresses that we wanted to test and a reasonable choice of headboards and bases. We got what we wanted at a good price and the assistant was helpful and friendly but not pushy.
