Our assistant, Jackie, was both polite, helpful and knowledgeable, and spent sufficient time with us to grow our confidence.

On arriving at dreams Emma was great made my self and my husband feel very comfortable the service we received was excellant

I have shopped at Dreams before so I went back to the same store. I was greeted courteously but not over the top. I was asked if I needed assistance & when I said yes, Emma very succintly explained the colour codes & something about each range. She then suggested I tried any beds I felt might be appropriate; provided a pillow & generally ensured I was happy with the choices. She then encouraged me to try each of the two several times to make sure I was completely happy before purchasing

I was delighted with the ease at which I purchased what I needed to buy. The assistant, Michelle, helped me decide exactly what I needed and without being pushy showed me the options in the store which I could choose from. I am undergoing chemotherapy so I appreciated Michelle's patience with me. Michelle gave me a cup of tea, chatted to me in a professional but sympathetic manner and made the whole experience easy, trouble free and I bought the right bed for my son. So, happy customer who will return and I've recommended Dreams to my mum who is going to be buying a bed soon from Dreams. Thank you 😊

The bed we purchased was much better quality than ones we had previously seen in other shops. The service received by the sales assistant was friendly and professional.

Customer service was second to none, we have 3 young children and the staff took time to occupy them as well as taking time to answer any questions we had.
