Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.. Understood our needs fully

I arrived late just before closing, but still received great help and advice, with knowledge of each type of mattress and what was in the sale at the various prices. Sale service was quick and without fuss. Disposing of my old mattress was a concern, knowing it would be collect and disposed off correctly was also reassuring.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, especially Michelle.

Michelle (the manager I think this was her name) and Jackie were really helpful. Jackie was very knowledgeable but left us to walk around in our own time no hard sell or pressure

Sales team very helpful and informative. They were not pushy or over bearing when we were looking around the store . Not like some other stores were sales put you off due to not letting you look at the goods before deciding to buy. The visit to this store was a very nice experience. Thank you.

Michelle welcomed us into the store, quickly ascertained our needs and directed us to appropriate products. We were offered refreshments, even for our grand daughter who was with us. Nothing was too much trouble and all staff were very friendly. We found a suitable mattress and the deal was completed very quickly and easily

As my responses , the staff gave no pressure but were most helpful as needed & their advice was knowledgeable & most helpful in helping us to make an unrushed choice to purchase the bed we needed ! If all shop staff were of this calibre then shopping would be amuch better experience . My thank s to them both & you can be sure that Dreams will be my first choice for future bedroom shopping .

THE NICE YOUNG MAN I THINK CALLED jAKE WAS VERY HELPFUL WASNT PUSHY AT ALL AND GAVE GOOD ADVICE THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH HIM WAS THAT HE WAS A STOKE FAN LOL NO HE WAS VERY HELPFUL

The assistance given by jake was exceptional, we had already looked online for the bed so it was only the mattress that needed picking. We tried each type before deciding on a mid range mattress to suit our needs. The whole experience was hassle free, in and out in 45 minutes. Awaiting delivery within 7 days.
