Staff were helpful but not in your face

Your assistant was super. She left us alone when asked and immediately came to our assistance when I asked her too. She allowed me to feel so comfortable about the experience and made my day, she really made my husband and I feel special. I will recommend this store to all my family and friends. Well done!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Michelle, greeted us warmly when we arrived and advised us of which beds to try after we had given her an indication of what we were looking for. She told us where to find the types we were looking for and explained the difference between them. She made us all a coffee/ tea and while she did this we looked at and tried some of the beds. Michelle answered all our questions and gave us advice when asked. She helped us make a selection of options and then left us to make our mind up. There was a big difference in price between the two we liked, nearly £900 pounds. She explained the guarantee on the more expensive one and its benefits. I expressed and interested in the matching pillows and she advised us on those also. When we made our decision she said she would be able to let us have the pillows free, which we were very happy about. Overall Michelle was very helpful and curtious she processed the order very quickly and even arranged for the recycling of our old mattress and the delivery date for the new one. A hassle free purchase.

The store was well presented, the bed I had seen online was instore. I was able to demo the bed. Talk through me options without being rushed. Very pleased
