We were given time to look around the store and then approached by an assistant - Laura. She was very helpful and explained the different bed ratings. She answered all our questions and dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner.

Easy layout of the store and the prices were clearly visible. staff were friendly and attentive but not pushy like other retailers Offered a cup of tea and time to think which I liked although I did purchase in the same visit which I wouldn't normally.

Staff was helpful and friendly and put at ease when climbing onto bed!

We went in store looking to buy a product and came out with what we wanted and a great price too
