Agent was very professional and had a lot of product knowledge. Laura was kind and considerate of our needs and recommended mattresses based on the credentials I gave her.

The sales staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. we were able to try the products and choose the correct mattress.

We visited the warrington store with the view to buying a new matteress in the easter sale. Staff welcomed us into the store and they explained the colour code for the types of matteress which made it easy to pick which were suitable for us. We were offered a cup of tea whilst we shopped around and tried the mattresses they had. We picked our matteress then we began looking at pillows. We were advised to try the pillows with our mattress so we did. We were then shown some bedding which we werent planning on buying but the offer was so good we bought 2 new duvet sets. Our little girl was getting bored so they gave her a balloon which kept her entertained while we made our purchase. Couldnt of asked for a better service. Looking forward to our new mattress being delivered next week. Thank you for your help Emma and michelle

The assistant was very helpful without being pushy. She did not try to sell us the most expensive beds although she later suggested that this may be an option. The customer service was just right.

The assistance and help was very good however I found it difficult to find the store and not so many items to view.The delivery of the bed I ordered 2 weeks seems longer than I would expect.However I must repeat the service in store was perfect.

The assistants were both knowledgeable and friendly. The was a good range of options to try.
