The sales person who dealt with my purchase was knowledgeable regarding the various mattresses and what would suit my health needs and was also very good with my two children 6 and 7yrs

Laura in the Warrington store was brilliant. She knew a lot about the beds and offers. We went away happy with our purchase.

When we enter the shop, Laura greeted us with a smile and hello! The shop was bright and clean,Laura told us all about the different matteress 's ,and helps by giving me a Tempur pillow which I took round with me trying different matteress , I brought 2 Tempur pillows. Laura guided us to matteress,s I wished to try , so pleased with the result, been text for delivery date and time span. So pleased I went to Dreams.

Highly knowledgable about what I was after

Staff were very helpful and curtious.I was even given a cup of tea ,you don,t get that often these days.

the assistance we received was amazing, her knowledge was impressive but she wasn't pushy in the slightest. We were allowed to browse, didn't feel pressure and when we were ready to ask questions about products she was nearby and happy to assist.

Laura and the other lady was really helpfull and we was really impressed they made us a drink and gave kids a drink too. Like it that there is no pressure to buy. Looking forward to my new bed.
