Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff who made us most welcome and remained patient during our visit

I was happy with the service I got and the price of the bed

Store was well laid out with plenty of options on display. Prices and product details were well displayed. Staff were unobtrusive but keen to assist without being pushy and were knowledgeable about the products. Flexibility was good with minor discounts

Laura our assistant was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgable and her guidance to our needs made purchasing our bed a much more efficient and enjoyable process. She talked through everything with us, gave comparisons to help us choose and was very friendly. She also remebereed little things we had spoken to her about in the hour we were there and used the In later conversations which gave a personal touch to our service. She was brilliant!

Both Neil AND MICHELLE WERE EXTREMELY FREINDLY AND HELPFUL,, MY WIFE AND I E WERE OFFERED A CUP OF TEA OR COFFEE, WE WERE TOLD ABOUT INSITUE QUAKLITY ADVICE, AND TOLD TO TAKE OUR TIME ,AND TO LIE DOWN AND TRY THE PRODUCTS. WE WERE NOT HUSTLED, AND IN GENERAL WE WERE HAPPY WITH YOUR SET UP.

The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. She discussed all the options with us, not just the most expensive ones.
