Assistant provided all the information required to go away and measure up to see if the desired product would be suitable for the space available. Bought 2 pillows on recommendation for comfort, not yet used as this is the purchase date.

It was a very enjoyable experience which we thank Laura for - she is a credit to you. We also think Dreams is an excellent store.

Shopping for a new mattress was straightforward thanks to the simple to understand information and the guidance given by the assistant. We were given time to look around without any pressure for a sale.

The customer service my wife and I received was exceptional. Laura was on her own in the store and went out of her way to make us feel valued as customers. Her knowledge across the whole product range was very impressive, she certainly helped us find what we were looking for. Laura even went out of her way to provide my wife with a bottle of water as she was suffering from a dry, cough. She was pleasant, chatty and professional. A real asset to your organisation which you should be proud of. Excellent service.

During a credit check barclays asked for ID to be sent accross. Store assistant was having difficulty doing this. However store assistant stayed 1 hour and 30 mins behind after the store closed to try and do this for me. I went home and got call back to say everything went through no problems. So I'm pleased with the experience as I believe the store assistant went the extra mile in staying after his shift had finished to get the issue resolved.

The sales assistant was very helpfull, no pressure sales

The staff were very helpful without being intrusive. The order was placed quickly and we can receive our mattress within a week, fantastic .
