Dreams - Warrington

The selection of beds, mattresses, pillows and other bedware was very impressive. The prices seemed fair but with the discounts and offers available the items were excellent value. The staff member who assisted us, Laura, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or trying to pressure us to spend more money on products we didn't want or need. She also gave us lots of time to try products at our own pace.

The assistant was extremely helpful, suggesting items I would need that I hadn't thought of (and if I'd gone home without thinking it would have meant another trip!)..overall, excellent service

Lovely staff that helped me with absolutely everything, offered a drink while I was waiting and everything was sorted without a problem. Can't think of a single negative about the visit

Sales assistant Cheryl was very knowledgable even though she was really still in training as she had only been there for three weeks. She explained everything clearly and let us browse at our leisure until we needed her. The large screen is a good idea to get a good insight of what you are buying.

The store was well laid out with lots of choice. The assistant was both professional and courteous.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They offered us refreshments and were good with our young children.

The service in the Warrington store was great , all the team were great working together and helping each other as a team . I would always go back to dreams again and take my friends with me
