On arrival Laura was on hand and remembered my face from the previous time, she greeted me with a friendly hello and assisted me in what i wanted. The process was quick and easy with plenty of information throughout. Laura made me aware of all terms and cond and helped me pick the right bed for me. Thanks very much.

Great service quick and easy

The overall experience has been made more than satisfying due to the helpful nature of staff, Neil in particular. His product knowledge was second to none. The range of products available for us to try was brilliant - especially as myself and my partner had very differing views when it came to choosing the right bed for us. We didn't feel pushed or rushed into making a decision during the visit.

Staff were very friendly and appeared to know their job extremely well. My husband and I were made a cup of tea -which was a really good brew - which we had whilst they were sorting out a query for us. All in all a good shopping shopping experience and hope the bed that we have ordered is as good as its supposed to be.

Verry impressed with the service i received

Neil made us very welcome from the moment we entered the store. He wasn't pushy, but was on hand with a fresh coffee and all the information we needed. The process was easy and the delivery dates were swift, very pleased.

I first visited the store on 2/7/16 and Laura and Cheryl were on duty. Both were very helpful and friendly. Cheryl, who was new to the job, looked after me and I found her very knowledgeable and willing to help. On my return 5/7/16 to make a purchase, Cheryl dealt with me and, again, was extremely helpful.

Fantastic customer service from Laura. She made us feel very welcome and her product knowledge was excellent. The in-store colour coding system was also very good.

Laura was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were welcomed into the store and offered a drink. Laura then told us about the different products available and how the store was set out and left us alone to browse. She often checked how we were getting on without making us feel rushed.
