Dreams - Warrington

I went into the store just to look for a mattress and ordered one on the spot! This was due entirely to the assistance I was given. The assistant whose name escapes me I'm afraid, took the time to find out what my requirements where and proceeded to fill them. He was Aldo able to reduce the price of delivery which made me feel as if I was getting a bit of discount, which us always good. Really good work.

Cheryl was extremely welcoming and friendly on arrival. Offering drinks was a lovely touch that put us at ease and felt relaxed whilst looking at your beds. She was very helpful explaining the different mattresses and bases. I felt that she got the balance of assistance and space spot on as not not pressure us which would have just pushed me out of the store rather than make a purchase. Also she did well with the upsell of duvet and bedding.

Relaxed and friendly attitude of the staff. Ashley explained about the products and helped us to choose a mattress in store similar and cheaper than the one in Argos. He even allowed us to try the mattress although we were thinking of buying elsewhere. The product in Dreams was cheaper than the one in Argos and because we were able to try it first thought it was better to get it from Dreams. We bought the bed cover too as free mattress protector was included.

Very helpfully, knowledgeable, not overbearing allowing you to look at leisure.

I called into the Llandudno store for a quick look at what was available. To my surprise I was allowed to get my dog and take her into the store which let me spend sufficient time with your colleagues working out what bed/mattress was the best fit for my needs. For someone on their own but with a dog, being able to do this was unbelievably fantastic. Thank you Llandudno store.

We did not know what type of bed we wanted and salesperson was extremely patient and helpful advising us of the type of beds available. I did not feel pressurised into making a purchase which i liked

I had done some research beforehand and had prepared a number of questions. I dealt with two members of staff who were able to provide all the information I required. They both appeared to be knowledgeable about the variety of divan bed formats available.

We went in to purchase a bed mattress for around £400 and ended up purchasing an entire bed and mattress. The sales person was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly (Neil). If it wasn't for the excellent support and help from Neil we would not have purchased the bed and Mattress.

Manager Ash was excellent. Could not be more helpful and professional
