I had been looking for this bed and was extremely happy to find my product was in the sales, I was able to find my product online go in to the branch see the colour of my item and be able to order and arrange for a delivery of the day that suited me most.

We found the product we wanted. Cheryl was very helpful and ensured we went straight to the product we where looking for without hassle. The ordering process was quick and easy with delivery available within 1 week.

Myself and my partner went to the Warrington Hopwood branch to have a look around and get an idea of what was on offer. Staff were very friendly and attentive to detail with information through questions that we asked. They went through all the details including prices and made it very easy to understand for a first time buyer. Going through all the details and process of purchase was very quick and hassle free.We left the store with a complete new bed and mattress orderd. Very happy costumers.

Highly satisfied from the moment walking into the store I was able to look at a couple of beds to then be greeted by Niel what a guy! The moment we got talking they was laughing and confortabilty and I just felt at ease knowing he understood what I wanted well Sometimes! He certainly couldn't wait for home time to get a beer down him sorry Neil difficult at times us women but you certainly took the time to sit and smile and repeat your self over and over again , but after an hour or two I got my bed and he made me a coffee too what a star ! Happy customer !

as we were the only poeple in the shop it made difference to the staff, Laura was spot on with every thing to do with our needs.
