The staff at the Warrington Dreams centre, were exceptionally helpfull and found to be extremely knowledgeable about the product. They were able to advise on the type of bed that was required and were very clear advising upon how the payment was made up in different sections. Booking the delivery was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and gave the impression that they did not want to rush you through the buying process. I will deffinately come back again.

This is the second time I have purchased a bed from your stores, I find the quality of your products satisfactory and would not go anywhere else

Staff were friendly. Gave us a cup of tea!! Were happy to listen to us and what we wanted rather than going straight in to sales speel! We went of to look at other stores, they did not put pressure on us to buy from them. This professional attitude made us look at other stores and prices, but we trusted staff at dreams.

Met by a very pleasant, knowledgeable lady who explained everything in detail. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Very good experience.

The layout of the store was excellent, with many choices. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, easily answering any relevant questions. I was satisfied with the price I paid and the cost of delivery. Impressed by the fact that old mattresses were given a plastic bag for removal. who knows what is lurking in an OLD mattress??

Neil, who served us was very approachable, but not 'in our face' - he was warm and friendly and knowledgeable about the products we wished to buy. We obtained all the information we needed with regards to size etc. and left the store feeling unhurried. Needless to say we went home and were ringing the next day to place a firm order whilst the 30% reduction was still on offer. I'd recommend Dreams to anyone wishing to buy bedroom furniture.

From the moment we walked through the doors of the store to the moment we left we were looked after by Cheryl who did her upmost to help us. We have never been to Dreams before and she was only.more than happy to help us even down to helping us choose a mattress. Cheryl even offered our children a drink and that was brilliant especially as most children would become bored

I visited several bed stores and felt that you offered the best quality at the best price and were prepared to remove the existing bed for a fee.
