Neil who served us was fabulous he went through everything with us. He was extremely friendly, we had our 18 month old daughter with us and he talked and played with her whilst seeing to our needs. He offered us tea and coffee gave friendly banter and excellent customer service couldn't recommended any higher.

I visited the dreams store in Warrington to purchase a mattress and base, as I am moving to Oxfordshire. Cheryl and Laura at the store were extremely helpful and there was no pressure to buy. They were both very friendly, Cheryl offered advice about mattresses and also gave us a cup of coffee, which was all part of the great experience I had. I went away and came back later that afternoon to look again and there was still no pressure. I wanted to go home and have a think about which choice to make and I called up the following day where Laura took my order and was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the call. Overall a great experience from Dreams and we have already received the text to say what time slot to expect the bed to be delivered on 19th October. Thank you.

We already new what we wanted from your website and the sale offer was a bonus. The lady in the Warrington store, I think she was Laura/Lauren was a great help, very knowledgeable and got us a quick delivery date to our new build house which took some of the stress out of moving home and getting the family somewhere to sleep 😀 We booked the delivery service and the service to take away our old mattress at the same time which is very convenient.
