The assistant was very helpful on this and a previous visit. Cheryl was both friendly and informative helping me to select a bed. She was clear and knowledgeable on products and the process of bed disposal.

Your staff were more than helpful and understood the product I required immediately. That had good product knowledge and never made me feel uncomfortable whilst I tested each product.

the lady that served me seemed to have used the product I was interested in so was able to give a personal reference.it could have een part of her sales pitch but very convincing.

We visited another of the stores last year in St Helens The staff there were so helpful and friendly we said we would return when we got our new house We saw the store in Warrington which us closer to our new home We were not disappointed Again the staff were really friendly and cheerful as well as knowledgeable They made you feel at home and valued without being pushy A great experience on both visits We have already recommended Dreams to our daughter and son in law We will also be returning soon for beds for our spare rooms We can't praise them highly enough

Both members of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I did not feel pressured to buy at all (which is a big dislike of mine). Explained all insurances and services fully but again, in such a way they just wanted you to know not pressured to sell!
