We felt very comfortable and this was due to the staff one lady spent time explaining the layout of the store and the ticket info etc she was great we literally rolled around on the beds and felt like we could do this with ease Store was clean and bright I had not shopped for a mattress for 11 years and was sceptical of price but actually the staff explained it so well including delivery options and the old mattress take away service We are literally really excited about getting the new mattress Overal a brilliant experience and I will tell people about you Thank you

The lady that served us was fantastic & her colleague was very helpful, both worked together & went out of there way to find the bed we wanted, both very funny & friendly

We were approached immediately but not pestered. Our sales person was then available to answer any questions and explain the products. The staff were very friendly and approachable. We arrived at the store at a fairly quiet time so were dealt with immediately. The store was getting much busier as we were leaving so unsure as to whether how soon we would have been dealt with had we been later. However we were happy and look forward to having delivery of our new mattress.

Amanda was very friendly, offered us a cup of tea or coffee while we browsed. There was never a hard sell. Very open to our needs and when we decided to go ahead with a purchase she talked through payment plans. Unfortunately we have a large lead time on our product but as we are not in a hurry for it, it is fine.

The experience at dreams was amazing and we found everything we were looking for at ease. The staff were excellent jolly and 5 star. I will sing your praises to friends and family and will revisit when we are in need of a new bed. I am very pleased with how quick the bed will be delivered my experience at dreams definitely exceeded expectations. Also wanted add the adverts are top notch.

The store manager Ashley in your Warrington branch served us personally, which was pleasing to see the boss working on the shop floor, setting standards he expects of his staff. He was helpful and courteous and offered us a tea or coffee whilst we made up our minds whether to buy one or two beds. He was able to offer us a discount which matched the price we were hoping to pay, so we bought both beds. We also bought the extra guarantee on both beds which covers them for 8 years. Unlike many other products the price of this was acceptable and whereas usually I wouldn't buy extra warranties for any products, the competitive pricing of this meant that on this occasion we did. The only slight downer was the five week wait for delivery, but as it is free - unlike other bed stores - we can't complain too much. All in all a stress free experience.

Amanda was very helpful without being overly friendly and not at all pushy. She was knowledgeable and delivered information in a precise manner and without use of jargon.

Very cheerful, friendly staff who quickly understood our requirements, made valid suggestions to help guide us in the choice of bed and mattress.

This was the third bed shop we had walked into, we immediately didn't find what we were looking for, but one member of staff has overheard what we had been discussing and made some recommendations... 10 minutes later we had placed an order for something else we hadn't thought we wanted!
