The lady that helped us Amanda, was able to tell everything we needed to know about the products we were looking at and was very patient with our 2 year old who was insistent in running off while we were there.

I got assistance very quickly. The lady was well informed but not pushy. I have a number of allergies and she was very helpful in going through various options with me. I wanted a saturday delivery which was available - big tick on this because some companies dont offer a saturday. Mattress I wanted was available within 10 days, again great

I knew what I wanted before I went in the dreams store, so it was easy and straightforward.

I called in to the branch because I had a apartment that needed double & single beds for the Tennents that we're moving in. I was on a budget so Ashley helped me with the purchases, I do like a bargain as Ashley knew, he took me in the back room to look at a single quest bed which was just what we needed so I purchases a lovely mattress &a headboard which was in the sale,he really went overboard to help me. I do like to give my business to local shops and your shop which was so convenient was over the road from the apartments, I skipped out of your branch I was so happy with my purchases. Damo & Tom delivered my beds. They were my hero,s because the estate agent had just arrived to take some pictures of the apartment and I couldn't put the beds up in time, it was no trouble they helped me and put them up. So thank you a very satisfied customer that, will return to your branch. 👍👍👍

Good products in store friendly staff

From the moment I walked it the store it was so welcoming, nice gentleman served me and a lovely smile from the lady, i knew that I would get a nice bed they listened and then offered choices for the amount I wanted to spend , no frills, just lovely pleasant sales im sorry to hear the little store is closing because of the big store , i hope you keep the staff they are a cedit to you, definately will come back , thanks fir everything 😃
