Staff to hand and very helpful.

I had a special request for a 7 foot x 5 foot bed. When I spoke to Ashley I was pointed to the possible supplier. I had all my questions fully answered. There was no undue pressure for me to purchase the bed. But the purchase was done in a pleasant manner and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to my family and friends.

We were greeted in and offered a drink. The sales rep excused himself as dealing with another customer. He then attended to us quickly and efficiently.

I told the lady who dealt with me what I was looking for, she told me about the mattresses and was very knowledgeable about them. She was efficient in processing the order.

The store was clean and well laid out with good products easy to see and get to, Chris the salesman was very polite and helpful
