I have major back problems and i went into store not expecting the level of knowledge from the staff team i was comfortable with spending the money as long as i got the wright advise and i did to the highest hilt thank tou so much especially the school brow warrington store ..im not exactally made of money but my perchase was truly needed for my ever growing pain in my back thank you so much team warrington kimd regards ian graham

I was highly satisfied with dreams and when I went into the store I explained to the guy on the counter that I had recently moved house and I have always had dreams bed and didn't want to go anywhere else but obviously with just moving my budget wasn't massive! The guy then went round the shop and did exactly what I wanted him to do for me and found me a really good bargain and helped me right through till I left the store!! Wasn't in there for a massive amount of time either as he was really good with everything

The staff were patient,kind, knowledgable and understanding of my requirements. They were exceptional patient with my grandchildren as they tried all the mattresses. I heard children laughing as they tried different beds. Not once did I hear a raised voice or any hint of impatience from the staff. A very pleasant family experience for all.

Went to store...saw TONI our assistant,,, explained what we needed...shown similar mattresses and chose one.....given some products...bedlinen etc...extra surprise...and delivery date...excellent!!!

The follow up information regarding the delivery date and time was superb. The delivery was prompt and the deliverers were helpful and friendly.
