When I arrived at the store I felt I could look at the products without being harrassed by the assistants but when I needed help they were there for advice which was very helpful and imformative with a pleasant attitude

The assistants were very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The sales lady Toni was very helpful, she let us wander around the shop without been too persistent with us yet was available straight away with any questions we had. Store manager was very helpful too and sorted the right deal out for us

We had gone to this Dreams store with an idea of items we wanted to buy (having visited another Dreams). The assistant, Ellie, and her colleague where very helpful in finding other options for us to look at, which we had not thought about. We came away very happy with alternatives suggested and extra items (bedside cabinets).

We came into the Warrington store with a child who was feeling unwell your colleague Neil was very helpful and gave our son a bottle of water and a pillow and made him as comfortable as he could be so we could browse round the store looking for a mattress Neil's knowledge of your products was invaluable and helped us choose exactly what we were looking for and at the best price possible that suited our budget all in all Neil went above and beyond what was expected of him

We visited the hotel Warrington branch, Neil and the team were helpful, efficient and genuine we were made to feel comfortable and not pressured. Grateful of the good service.

The Sales person explained all the types of mattress and knew what they were made of etc. He made sure we tried all the types ie medium/firm, firm, extra firm to enable us to get the type which suited us. Really helpful, very pleased

Ellie, the assistant who served me, was really helpful. She checked the back off the store to see what they had in stock after I told her I had a limited budget; then took me to a perfect (for me anyway!) firm mattress that normally would be too expensive, but as the store had some clearance mattresses in the back it was affordable for me. Ellie helped me pick the colour of the divan and arranged delivery. The whole process was quick and simple, and I didn't feel pressurised at all. I would recommend the store at Warrington Hopwood to my friends, based on the service I received today. Thank you Ellie xx

Very friendly staff made themselves known then left us to browse any questions we had they answered them very efficiently.
