Dreams - Warrington

We went to store to look at over bed storage. I was informed by Ashley that they didn't have it on display but the other Warrington store at Junction 9 did. He was so helpful. We then went to the Junction 9store where we were ignored for approximately 15-20 mins. Staff walked past us and we received no eye contact / smile / hello / do you need any help. So we walked out and returned to see Ashley at School Brow retail park. Ashley and his colleague are a credit to your company, knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, patient but most of all they actually care ! Upon talking to Ashley and him showing me some alternative ideas - we completely changed our minds about over bed storage and bought a bed / mattress / ottoman. Maybe send Ashley over to train the staff at Junction 9 and give him the praise he deserves

All staff were very friendly. The staff member who assisted us was very professional which allowed us to be more relaxed as he was able to share a few jokes and have a laugh at the same time. Overall myself and my partner were very happy with the visit to store.
