Toni looked after us extremely well and allowed us time to try beds, and then retry beds. She was very knowledgeable about the product and behaved in a professional but friendly manner.

My partner and I first visited the store to look for bedroom furniture the assistants was very helpful but at the same time wasn't pushy for a sale like most places, We had already explained that we would have to go away and re measure to make sure what we was looking at would fit, We wasn't able to return for three weeks however the sales assistants was very welcoming and also remembered us and also the items we was looking at previous. They made us very welcome and the ordering of our items went smoothly. Very happy with the staff at the store.

Ash put a lot of effort into understanding our requirements and showing us the beds we were interested in. We were able to schedule the delivery for the day that we required without any hassle.

The staff really were lovely !! We have spent a lot of time in variou shops recently making purchases as we have just moved house , and your staff were by far the nicest we have dealt with ! Very polite and very helpful , and not pressurising ! Really we're lovely !!

Excellent service at Warrington branch ,NEIL your Dreams colleague was very helpful he showed us various mattress and headboards until we found the correct one we required we found Neil to be very good at his job nothing was to much trouble a very patiant.
