Dreams - Warrington

The member of staff in your Warrington city centre store (I think her name was Toni) was so helpful it was a pleasure to shop with her. We felt she was being honest and fair with us and understood what we were asking for. So many sales people make you feel that either you are being pushed down a route that maximises their bonus or they can't quite be bothered to be useful. We were satisfied with our purchases but will need to test them for a while before we feel we can recommend Dreams to friends.

Ashley our sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable of all the products. He guided us through the process very professionally. This was extremely helpful for us to make the Correct Choice.... He even made us a cup of coffee....Very much appreciated.

This is the second visit to Dreams , and on both occasions we purchased exactly what we needed , plus some extras . Ashley the store manager was extremely helpful and gave us different options, and deals available . He was very knowledgeable in all products available .

No rush, allowed to walk away and make a decision with price and info in hand, then on return again greeted without urgency to complete the sale. I came in for a bed and saw Neil and Ellie after the passing of my mum and needed a double bed.i had great service from the store and was able to be within my budget. I would recommend the store to anybody as they are so friendly and not pushy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, and were very quick in helping me to find the product that I needed, despite the small nature of the sale.
