Salesmen was not pushy, very polite gave us plenty of time to decide on which to purchase.

When visiting the store they had a very good layout of stock and the item we had seen online was on the front window so we didn’t have to look far as we were already settled in on decision of that bed. The staff member Ellie was very happy smiley girl who offered us her assistance any time we required and if had any questions to just ask her

Excellent customer service by Neil, came back for a 2nd bed as we are so pleased with our other . Today 21 st October we took our son and he has purchased as well

There was only one member of staff available at the time of my visit. She was assisting a couple with items they were ordering. As I browsed she apologised, a number of times, for the time it would take before she could assist me. As I was being served she was helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly which enabled me to make my purchase with ease. Very pleased with the advice and service. We are getting married and had a very tight budget to purchase a new bed. We were able to have the right sized mattress with a luxury headboard and divan, and we even managed to purchase the duvet, pillows and mattress protector with the support and guidance of Ashley who exceeded our expectations, he is a credit to your company and has very good customer skills.
