I had not visited the store before. The staff were courteous, welcoming but not pushy. They were ready to offer assistance and answer my questions. They were good listeners and helped me clarify what would best meet my needs. Chris took care when making arrangements for delivery to make it as convenient as possible for me. I would feel very comfortable about visiting the store again and speaking to Chris if I decided to replace other beds.
