The reason I choose Dreams is because you are the only people, it seems, who will not only deliver - and install - the new bed but also take away the old one - and for a very reasonable charge.

Staff were really helpful and helped us pick the right bed for us, they also had good knowledge of the products as my partner suffers with his back.

I visited the Warrington town center store and was given a nice amount of time to view beds in the store without feeling stalked by the staff which is generally the case these days. The staff then approached me to ask if I required any assistance. I was looked after by Ellis who was young but very knowledgable in guiding me in the right direction. I went in to buy my son a new bed and mattress and didn't intend to spend or buy anything else but Ellis was so good she managed to sell me a mattress which I intended to buy for myself in may next year. She worked hard to get me an excellent deal which i couldnt refuse so i wont need to go to John Lewis and spend quite a bit more for the same mattress. I even splashed out on two new pillows. Hopefully everything should arrive within the next two weeks and we should all sleep well for some time. I would highly recommend a visit to dreams if you need a new bed or mattress as the staff made the whole experience easy. Thank you Ellus for all your help.

The service and advice we received was second to none. His product knowledge was used to meet our requirements and gave us a solution we hadn't thought of.

The lady we spoke to was attentive, helpful and explained everything in a way that we easily understood.

Ashley was extremely helpful and offered us a solution when we decided that the type of bed we wanted was too big for our requirements. Very impressed!
