The friendliness of the staff who were polite, but not pushy. Their product knowledge was most helpful, as I were to be truthful, I didn't really know what I was looking for.

I walked in not really knowing what options I had. Emma was helpful. She went through the different mattress options. Pointed a few out provided a pillow and let us try all we wanted. She answered all our questions but was not pushy. Very pleasant experience.

We were highly satisfied with the dreams staff who went out of there way to help us choose a bed. Any problems we ran into they found a way to sort them out. Brilliant.

Neil who served use was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped use choose the right bed and mattress, and to get the best deal. we was offered a drink on our visit . I phoned the store the day after to add a bed on to the order and Neil was very helpful again thanks.
