Sales assistant was very thorough in explaining the different types of mattresses. Gave us lots of time to try out the mattresses. On hand to answer questions, very helpful and friendly. No pressure to buy. Once we found what we wanted the sales process was efficient. Delivery date was to our requirements. Follow up text messages to arrange delivery slot.

Neil the assistant was most help, listerned to what I wanted and what my needs were and not what he wanted or wanted to sell.. was very a happy friendly guy, From walking in to walking out you could say my visit was like a 'Dream'
