Dreams - Warrington

I was asked immediately if I needed help from friendly and knowledgeable assistant and allowed time to browse at my leisure .

So after a long day of searching at other stores and not finding what we wanted and needed me and my girlfriend decided to go to dreams Warrington and this is when we were greeted with by the welcoming and friendly Toni she couldn't have done better and was a credit to her store she knew exactly what we wanted showed us all of our options used the computer to give us more clarity on what it is we were going to be getting showed us all of the measurement and the features of the products and then helped us set up everything she was amazing now we have everything ready and can't wait for it to arrive will defiantly be back again thank you Toni you were fantastic

We were pleased that there was a very good car-park at the front of your store. We had spoken on the phone to your colleague beforehand, and he was very friendly, and assured us that we would find a suitable mattress.

Easy access to stores and good value for money.

The two members of staff Emma and Ash at this branch were so knowledgable, welcoming and really helpful. I was assisted a great deal in choosing the right bed and mattress and Emma also tried to find me the best deal and combination of bed and mattress available in their sales. They were both highly professional and tried hard to get me a great price and discount. They were easy to talk to and were able to answer all my questions. I left the store feeling happy and really satisfied of my purchase and felt really looked after. Highly recommend this branch in Warrington and I would go back again in the future. Thanks guys

Toni was excellent at guiding us through the process of ordering a bed, mattress and pillows. Toni did not try to influence us over price or style but gave very good advice to help us choose the right products to suit our needs. Will highly recommend Toni and the team to anyone we know who is thinking of buying a new bed.
