We went to store to look at gel beds we had seen and were shown a verity and options and Neil spent time to explain the price and what we wanted and nothing seemed to much trouble

I needed a single bed fast and toni found something suitable to be delivered within a week

Toni at Warrington couldn't have been more helpful. She understood our needs perfectly and explained in detail the various mattressses on offer. She also went out of her way to explain about the TV BedFrames, which we also considered. Would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Warm and Friendly Customer Service, Ashley was very understanding and patient with my Choice making when I came into store. It was nice that they offered me a drink when the time came to place my order. He was kind enough to offer me some knowledge about the Mattress i wanted to purchase and checked a few options for me which helped me narrow down to the product that was right for me.

Was my very first visit to Dreams. I went to purchase a new mattress. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I was pleased to get everything sorted in one go. From purchase flexible delivery date and having my old mattress taken away. I am now looking forward to the delivery of my new mattress and feel very satisfied from the service I have received so far.

All we knew when we arruved was that we didnt want a mattress with memory foam top based on experience if our current mattress, and we were not sure how the sprung ones differed. Sales assistant Emma went through the different types & explained them to help us decide what would be best for our needs.

The assistant Emma was very professional and helpful. She directed us straight to the ideal bed that we required and bought it.

Toni dealt with us and was great from start to finish. She seemed to know exactly how much time to spend with us and, more importantly, when to leave us alone to take a look around the shop.
