Our experience in the store was very quick with superb assistance from Emma who soon realised our needs. Very efficient.

I was really satisfied with everything from walking through the door of the shop . The assistant was really polite and helpful, when we had chosen the matress we required she offered us a cup of tea while we were completing my order and arranging delivery. She took the time to explain everything to us in detail and what would happen on the day of delivery, i would definatly reccomend dreams to my family and friends as we din not feel pressured in any way.

Staff members Neil & Ash were extremely helpful. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, made every effort to accommodate my needs including the offer of a beverage. There was never any pressure to agree to a purchase, just good advice, customer service and a great buying experience.

Served immediately but not harassed. I had seen the product online but just wanted to try the feel of the mattress. Neil was extremely helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to ensure the purchase was easy and straightforward.

I like that I was able to try out different mattresses and choose the one I want and put it with the base I wanted. Emma the lady that dealt with my husband and I was careful to explain the differences in the mattresses available and also the different option on the bases that we were looking for. It helped us to make an informed choice. We did check out other shops after yours but came back because of the knowledge offered, the quality of the products on sale and the fact that we didn't feel pressured by your sales staff

Toni served us again, only needed pillows this time.
