We were shopping for a bed for our holiday home and were very pleased with the expert and friendly service that we received

We were served by the Manager, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were in and out of the store within 20 minutes ! Just how shopping should be :-)

Neil was perfect help and was on hand to answer questions but we felt like we had plenty of time to make a choice. He made sure we had the right pillow and explained about the different kinds of mattresses. The large selection of beds available to try was great too.

The assistant was very helpful and efficient in placing my order , also he recommended a very good bed and mattress . Great product knowledge

Toni & Ash were extremely knowledgeable in helping us select the correct mattress and base, they listened to our specific requirements and made factual recommendations based on these requirements even keeping our baby amused which is no mean feat whilst we tried the mattress with the pillows suggested based on our sleeping positions. They are a credit to your business and delivered a customer service which is severely lacking in some of your competitors.

We visited your Warrington store where we were helped by Toni, she was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and helped to recommend a suitable mattress for myself and as I suffer with a very bad spinal problem, her help and advice was much needed and greatly appreciated.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Toni who served us gave us some excellent advice on the type of mattress that would suit our needs. This encouraged us to make the purchase.
