Please note this survey is regarding our visit to the clearance store, not the main store. We purchased a mattress at a very good price and the staff member was extremely helpful and efficient.

The team where brilliant the only reason I put very unlikely to return to the store is because they are closing down! Couldn’t fault them at all. Didn’t really know what I was looking for and the staff, even though they had had a really busy week, still took the time to understand my needs and help me in choosing the bed for me.

I placed my order over the phone for two single mattresses, the staff were great, friendly and accommodating. Thank you

I was quite lost and the store assistant came over and asked if he could help without being pushy or in my face, as it were. I was very grateful for his gentle approach.
