From the time that we entered the store we were met by Andrew who was very knowledgeable about the products in the store as we were uncertain on which type of mattress we required for our needs. He was not " pushy " but he was interested in what we were asking him and explained the products clearly and precisely . Andrew also had a very friendly manner and obviously is very good at his job. We did have problems completing our purchase through Creation and found their service very poor and frustrating , causing us to spend much more time than we antisipated waiting around and then having to go home to bring more proof of residency although my partner and myself have both been approved by them on more than one occaision. We feel that this issue marred the good work that Andrew had done in helping us. He was also very patient ,kind and understanding in resolving the problems that we had with Creation finance services. We would not hesitate in asking Andrew to help us in making any future purchases we may make . Ma V Hewson & Mr Mark Worrall .

Helpful, knowledgeable and patient sales staff

The sales guy was very helpful in explaining the various features and in helping us to identify our bed.

I think the overall quality of the mattresses in particular are very high And I needed a extra low base ,witch I had trouble finding , but you found me one the height I needed with the removel of the feet So I was so impressed I'm taking my sister to the shop today,as she wants to buy the same bed

I had a very friendly and attentive gentleman who made the whole process of choosing what i need very easy for me. In general i find the prices a bit expensive but it compensates with the 0%APR instalments.

Saiva was really nice and helpful. I like the fact that you propose to reimburse if we find the same product cheaper somewhere else. I was just suprised that there was only 1 model of high quality pocket springs mattress available for a 160*200 bed

Andrew Chung was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. He showed us all our options and took into account our budget. He found us the best deals for what we were looking for and made our experience at Dreams easy and productive.

Greeted on arrival, then offered assistance straight away, along with the offer of a drink- Andrew made sure I had allocated parking, showing me where to park to avoid any charges. Once shown a range of bed, to their full potential..... with the assistance outstanding knowledge of each different one, he made sure my specifications and price range were met, also showing me alternative/ other ideas! I was then made to feel comfortable when making my purchase, which was quick and smooth. All staff were very accommodating, the customer service was outstanding!

The colleague I was greeted by was Savia. I was welcomed with s smile and was offered a beverage which was a surprise. I was allowed time yo look around and she was instsntly on hsnd to assist and was able to snswer all my questions. She made this an excellent experience and she is such a lovely person vety friendly. All the collegues who were present were very polite smiling and welcoming. I would definately recommended this store.
