James was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and demonstrated world-class customer service. He listened to my needs and clearly explained which beds would be best and why. I dealt with him twice and he remembered who I was and which beds I had been interested in, which I was impressed with. To be honest, on reflection if I hadn't dealt with such a good salesperson I probably would have been tempted to buy from John Lewis where I buy everything usually. But the price was better at dreams and the customer service just as good, and I am confident the products I bought will be just as high quality.

I found my assistant Andrew Chung very helpful. he helped me park my car, made me coffee and showed me all the beds to choose from. he then offered pillows and delivery. So I felt very looked after.

I accompanied a disabled person to purchase a sofa bed and mattress and had never been in the store before. I was highly impressed by the gentleman who served us - his name is James. He was polite, knowledgeable, very helpful is acquiring the right items and even gave us a cup of coffee! Due to his business like yet friendly approach I would definitely go back.

It was the first time in a while whilst shopping the staff were very helpful. Explaining everything from bed to availability to when it can be delivered. The date was given with a 2 hour slot,delivery men were very pleasant put bed and headboard together Would recommend dreams as cannot fault the service we got.
