Dreams - Fulham

We went in to Dreams with a specific budget in mind but very little idea of the type of product we wanted/needed. James was very helpful and guided us through a range of different options to suit our needs which were around the amount we wanted to pay. He was very helpful and spent a lot of time guiding us through the process - we left with a great bed and two pillows which was delivered just a couple of days later - which was great as we were in urgent need of a bed!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn't have been more helpful.

The assistant had great knowledge, helped us find what we needed and convinced us to make the purchase alleviating any worries we had. We were offered drinks as soon as we walked in and could not fault the experience.

The service rep was quick to approach us and understand our needs. He talked us through all the products we asked about or thought we might be interested in and was extremely helpful and friendly. The store could do with a make over but it wouldn't put me off returning.

I was extremely impressed with the way that I was welcomed into the store located at Wandsworth Bridge. I was highly impressed with both the Store Manager Zed and Salva. Their manner was both professional and friendly. I only wanted to purchase a headboard but their attention to detail was thorough and I was made to feel very welcome. Over the years I have made many pruchases at dreams but thus experience surpassed all my other experiences of which I never had any thing other than high praise for all the staff I have encountered there over the years. I would like to mention particularly Salva who with her manager, displayed such confidence and design flar which helped with my overall decision of my final choice of headboard. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase.

The member of staff I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable and dealt with my purchase quickly and efficiently.

Good range of products & a very helpful shop assistant made the purchase a pleasure

James helpfully made me realise that more options were available with the king rather than the superking, and also made me think of issues I may have with getting a superking up my stairs at home. James also showed me the side opening divan ottoman, an option that I hadn't been familiar with before and which fitted my requirements the best.
