Staff member James was friendly and helpful - he greatly assisted us with our order selection.

From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted and offered a refreshment. We were then directed to James, who was very friendly and knowledgable.

The customer service at Dreams was very good. A lovely girl opened and closed the gate for us. She was very knowledgeable about all the beds and gave us the best possible advise and we are happy with the products

When I went shopping for a bed I choose Dreams because of the number of stores around and may be because of their advertising. When I arrived I was surprise by the welcome, understanding, and friendliness of the whole experience. I knew what I wanted but I spent a good amount of time due to the advice received and when I left the store I was completely happy by my choice and the experience.

Helpful salesman, took his time with us and guided us through the process very well. Excellent one to have on your team. Thank you.

Efficient friendly would recommend dreams

We were greeted by Andrew in Dreams Fulham. He listened to our requirements, gave us a number of options and was genuinely interested in finding us the right bed/mattress. He was very knowledgeable and eliminated a number of mattresses quickly by establishing what type of bed we were after. He was easy to speak with, friendly and we didn't ever feel pressured to make a decision. The hour or so we spent with Andrew was a real pleasure and we really look forward to receiving our new bed/mattress in the New Year.

The salesman, Mr Andrew Chung, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We are expecting our mattress to be delivered this coming Friday and anticipate that we will be very satisfied with our purchase.
