Great customer service, made the decision very easy and with confidence. Not at all pushy, and seemed to know exactly what we were looking for. An overall pleasant experience.

After walking around for a bit, I was approached by Ricardo who was attentive, helpful and really knowledgeable. His main strength was the fact he wasn’t pushy and really allowed me to explore all the great options I didn’t realise were in the store until he pointed them out!

The staff were friendly and very helpful, there was loads of choice

It was the same shop assistant that helped us four times around, remembering us and being very kids to our small children. Quotes and purchases went with a lots of surprises and can’t wait to receive the new bed for the kids.
