Great service by the store manager, he made the whole experience easy top guy zed

From entering the store the staffs are well mannered and greeting to us. James introduce himself and asking what we are looking for and he also offered us cold/hot drinks while in the store. he explain and advise about the products, he is more knowledgeable about the products it make it more easier for what we are looking for and he answered all our questions. we would give him 10/10 for from to start to end the service he provided us. i would definitely recommended the all the staffs who works in Dreams.

salesman left us to look around on our own when we wanted and was there ready when we needed assistance. good advice on the mattress that we should buy

Salesman Andrew was very helpful and informative , offering us tea coffee when we arrived let us browse then assisted us in trying several beds in the store explaining the difference even changeing the pillows so we knew what we where looking for explained the difference between our 2 choices so we could make our mind up , to the one that suited our needs and telling us we could change it in 40 days if it was not suitable very helpful staff we even chatting with other staff while he processed our order for us

Andrew was very helpful and showed us many beds. We identified the best solution for our needs. We hope will have the same experience one we receive the delivery.

I worked with Zed. He was extremely familiar with the mattresses I was looking at. He was very helpful and made he whole experience rather enjoyable. I bought a tempur for my son in August from him and came back when I needed my bed

The sales assistant helping us was extremely helpful (Andrew Chung) and made the whole process run swiftly and smoothly.

I already have a dreams bed so I decided to get a new mattress after 15years ///the new one isn't exactly what I wanted but hey I'm sure it will fit///

We found the customer service to be excellent - it was a very friendly relaxed store and didn't feel bombarded or forced to make a purchase. Our sales assistant Keifer/Kefer was a very lovely young chap and was very helpful with the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the products and listened to the clients' needs and requirements - and acted upon them. The other staff members were also friendly and the whole atmosphere in the store was very relaxed which made it an overall enjoyable unpressurised shopping experience. The quality of the goods seem to be good and hopefully we will be very happy once they arrive!
