Andrew was very helpful and accommodating.

We bought a bed back in the summer and returned a week ago to order another bed this time for our spare room. Andrew sold us our first bed and when we returned we were able to speak to him again and he sorted out the sale for us very quickly and efficiently and gave us great advice. He also advised us on what to do with our previous bed as one of the drawers is broken. Would definitely return again and use Dreams for our next purchase.

I was buying a bed for my son for his dad's home so was doing it all by phone I had to keep calling my son then back to shop I thought I must be driving man in shop mad he's name was Andrew by the way. When I told your representative what my existing mattress was and I told him that I wished to buy a similar and improved mattress, he was able to discuss and show me the most suitable choice of mattresses.

Andrew Chung at the Fulham store was great. He was so helpful but I did not feel pressurised to buy. He printed off all the facts for me to take home. I returned a few days later to make my purchase. He was kind friendly and came over as a genuinely nice person. He should be commended. Please thank him for me.

There was no hesitation, the assistant (JAMES - Wandsworth Bridge Road branch) immediately clicked as to what I required, explained the limitations (a 2'6" wide mattress) and in seconds I was given a choice, promptly ordered and paid. All done on a record twenty minutes. Your delivery lads were brilliant. On time with minutes to spare. The mattress was delivered ydy as specified and last night it was a case (and I am being a tad corny here) "sweet dreams". Thank you again.
