Plenty of staff availability, Understood what I wanted, gave me options and prices and offered some incentive.

Andrew our sales assistant at Wandsworth branch was friendly, helpful and efficient with good product knowledge. Asked us what we were looking for and gave us several options with varied prices so we didn't feel as though he was just trying to get a good pricey sale. Order process was quick and painless which was good as we had our 1 year old who was getting restless. We stayed in store after closing time and Andrew did not make us feel us though we were a burden. Very happy customers!

Very good service all round

The salesman , Andrew, was very helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for

i was spoken to as soon as i arrived at the store, very important for me as i had parked on a meter some distance away. the chap who showed me around knew his stuff and i was in and out in 20 minutes!

My husband and I visited your store today, we enjoy our visit and James and his colleagues were very very helpful at all times and very much so they made us a cup of tea which was lovely of them to do so. Would tell family and friends how pleased we was with your store and colleagues. Thank you all once again. We do hope James and colleagues will be told please. Lovely day shopping with you all.

Zed great service

We were greeted as soon as we came in let us browse then came every so often to see if we were ok

Keafer explained to me what pillow is good for what position i sleep on and offered me drink whilst i was trying out the pillows - lovely gent

The sales assistant was very friendly she offered us tea or coffee as we walked through the door of the showroom. She knew about the products and helped us by explaining them to us - she gave us enough space to look by ourselves but was always available for us, throughout the time we spent in the shop. When I phoned the shop later to place the order she remembered us and again she was warm, friendly and professional.
