The sales representitive, Andrew Chung, knew all about the products, was very polite and helpful and we were able the purchase the bed of our choice and select a delivery date that suited us. All in all and excellent experience.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and an offer of a tea or coffee by Andrew in the Fulham, London branch. I took a picture of the sticker on my old mattress and he was able to recommend the current version in stock. He was efficient, knowledgeable and a total gent , telling me he has worked for Dreams for many years. I'm looking forward to my new bed arriving later this month. Thanks Andrew!

The dream colleague James was very attentive, knowledgable and helpful. We were greeted warmly but not with an agressive sales approach which can be of putting. As we were looking for a non UK standard sized mattress the knowledge of availability and manufacturers was spot on and he directed us to the perfect mattress very quickly. Very good, efficient and friendly sales person which was really appreciated.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because as soon as me and my mother entered the store we were assisted by Andrew Chung and he helped us with choosing the right bed and the right mattress. I was very impressed by the knowledge he had of the mattresses and beds and how he helped me choose the right one for me. He was very helpful and kind, I appreciate the time he gave while I was in the store and would definetly recommend anyone I know to go to that store.

The customer service that My husband and I received was exceptional from the moment we walked into the store. As soon as we entered we were offered a drink and James, who assisted us, although helpful and available all times, did not make us feel as though he was following us around or being overbearing - which was perfect. The product that we had chosen online was not available to view in store however James' product knowledge meant that he was able to show us alternatives with a similar finish so that we could see what the bed we had selected would look like. Based on his expertise and good advice we decided to go ahead with the purchase in any case rather than going to find the bed on display in a different branch. We were unsure about what sort of mattress to buy and once again James was on hand to give us excellent advice so that we could choose the best product to suit our needs. Throughout the transaction James was highly professional and explained all of the products and add-ons to us including assembly, delivery and insurance options. We will be returning to this store for future purchases because of the excellent service we received.

The manager who helped us, who I believe is named Ted, was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience of buying a mattress worry-free. It's no small cost to buy a new mattress, so having someone who knows his product and takes care to explain the returns and guarantees in a way that makes one feel confident is invaluable. I think Ted and everyone else at the store took great care with each customer to make sure parting with a large sum of money was as painless as possible.

I found the member of staff that helped me very knowledgeable of the products instore, very helpfull and friendly which made the process of buying additional products to my original purchase very easy.

Friendly staff and and helped me feel welcome... as well as my 5year old daughter was occupied allowing me to look and talk properly... now she loves the bed shop... hahaha

Zed, Abu and Saira were fantastic. I didn't think I was going to buy anything when I walked in, I walked out with a tempa mattress and pillow. The charming staff took the time to see what we were looking for and sourced us the best products. I have already recommended this store to several friends.
