Using her knowledge on beds, Saiva helped my daughter and I to find the beds most suited to us. My daughter has shoulder issues and Saiva was able to recommend which beds would be the most comfortable. I can't wait for our beds to arrive!

Very friendly customer service and great knowledge

The girl who served us was very friendly and helpful, even when we came back with queries. They had a good range of beds at decent prices.

The team were all really attentive and welcoming and the experience was much nicer than the next door store Benson for Beds

Andrew the sales assistant was very antentive, he made me and my family very welcome as soon as we entered the store. he explained in detail everything we needed to know about the product we was interested in, he also talked us through all the different terms of payment options. Great customer service

I popped in to dreams Wandsworth bridge road sunday afternoon near closing time. The staff were extremely friendly & knowledgeable and every single member of staff pitched in to helping me with my purchase. I was really impressed and I even felt like royalty, with the staff offering me refreshments, showing me samples of products & even threw in a free mattress protector with my purchase.
