Dreams employee Riccardo very helpful - took the time out to help me understand what was best for me. Was very patient despite it being busy and never made me feel rushed.

Great customer service from Riccardo who helped us decide on which mattress suited both my partner and I.

We were served by Havina who was fantastic. She set us up on the sleep machine to find the most suitable mattress for us and then patiently took us around the store. We liked how she was knowledgable but not pushy and after taking us around let us try out the beds on our own at our pace.

Friendly thoughtful advice, given clearly and without any apparent sales patter.

We were assisted in our mission to find a new bed by Havina, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very hot day and she offered us each a bottle of cool water which was super. So delighted to be getting a new bed of our choice at a very reasonable price. Well done Dreams!
