Shiva, our Sales Assistant was friendly and helpful. She listened to our needs and suggested a suitable mattress and base. She was very knowledgeable without being too sales orientated leaving us to discuss/test products. Great service that ended in our sale!

The assisstant I had was very helpful and very charming.Idrove to theWandsworth rd branch and was let in to park at the back and offered a drink on entering the store. SHe gave me a card to enter a raffle but it would not me proceed. I presume because I spent under £500 but she had mentioned this would not be a problem. I am awaiting delivery on Monday.

The Sales Assistant, Tyler, was excellent. He was very friendly, professional and polite. He took the time to understand what I needed and found exactly what I was looking for. He was incredibly helpful and made the shopping experience enjoyable. Really impressed.

As I walked into the shop I was greeted with smiles by the team and asked if needed any help, as well as a tea or coffee which made me feel very welcome. A staff member called James was very helpful on my visit. I told him the mattres I was after and he helped make sure I got the correct one. He was helpful when it came to choosing a bed frame too and he knew a lot about the products. James also provided me with measurements of the product, as I was about to view my new house, which was very helpful. He also broke down the cost and printed out all the details so I knew what I was paying for. He also arranged my delivery very quickly and it was a very stress free experience. I went to another bedding shop and did not receive the same customer service as this one. I would return!

I was served by Mr Andrew Chung, who made every effort to show me all the available products within the range I was looking for. The Dream's colleague was very courteous and methodical in his explanations about the method of finance that the store provided, which was the primary reason why I decided to buy my Tempur mattress here.

Very helpful and friendly shop assistant, large selection of mattresses and good prices

Had a really helpful assistant who understood what we were looking for. Moved mattresses on to bases like the base we have at home. Came away feeling like we'd bought the right mattress. Just a shame it wasn't in the sale!!
