My husband and I visited the store on Sunday and obtained costings for 2 new beds. James Sutton was the sales assistant. We tried out a considerable number and James was very patient and friendly throughout. We also wanted to purchase two Ottomans and again James was very knowledgeable. I was keen to check the sizes etc again at our home and therefore did not make any purchase on the Sunday. I advised James that I would return on Wednesday to make the purchase, when I got a warm and friendly welcome.
